Under the patronage of Prof. Dr Mona Mahmoud Abdel Latif, Director of the City, the Informatics Research Institute organised a lecture on managing research projects in the field of computer science and preparing university students to engage in research activities.

The lecture aligns with the development witnessed by Egyptian universities in enhancing teaching and learning methods, including the adoption of undergraduate research approaches. It also presents solutions to one of the key challenges facing the institute, namely, the scarcity of specialisation, particularly among young researchers.

The lecture was held on Sunday, June 4, 2023, and delivered by Prof. Mohamed Abdel Rahman, Vice Dean of the Institute, in the presence of Prof. Bayoumi Abdel Rahman Bayoumi, Dean of the Institute, along with several research staff members.
