1. Central Laboratories system
- SRTA-City Central Labs management system is hosted in IRI Data-Center
facilities.
- The Networks and Distributed Systems Department is responsible for
supervising this system and regular backup.
2. Data-Center Applications and Software Services
There are several applications and software services such as Ansys, COMSOL, Python, Deep
learning packages (Keras, TensorFlow), MATLAB, and OpenC. These facilities is used to support
researchers and post-graduate students (MSc or Ph.D.) from SRTA-City and external institutions.

In support of Egypt's 2030 strategic plan, our vision is to enrich the quality of research in the field of ICT and BIG Data via being up to date with the recent technology in Cloud Computing and GPUs for Al and High-Performance computing.
Allow research groups and even single researchers to access and use up-to-date distributed resources.
An equipped extension space is available to host hardware facilities for Egyptian organizations.
To support and advance scientific research and innovation in the fields of
Information and Communication Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Big Data,
by providing state-of-the-art cloud computing and High-Performance Computing
(HPC) infrastructure, including GPU resources.
We aim to enable researchers, academic institutions, and research organizations to
access reliable and efficient distributed computing resources, accelerating
innovation and driving high-quality research outcomes that align with Egypt’s
Vision 2030 for sustainable development.
